HOW TO VOLUNTEER AT CHUO 89.1 FM
Here is your opportunity to become involved in Ottawa’s ONLY bilingual Campus and Community Radio Station CHUO 89.1 FM.
Complete this form:
You will be invited to a meeting with a CHUO staff member to discuss the station and the volunteer opportunities that exist here.
After you finish your first meeting you will have a general idea of what you want to do. Your first responsibility as a new volunteer is to contribute to daily life at the station through general volunteer work – this is your chance to see CHUO in action – you might end up sorting CD’s in the music library, reviewing programs, making posters, translation, voicing ads, scripting station IDs and a plethora of other tasks! We have many different departments and you can volunteer in all of them and find out what you like doing the best!
